At Grace we believe that everyone was created for community and connection but that expresses itself in all sorts of different ways. We run various groups and teams to help people find their fit and also to cooperatively share Jesus’ love with the world. We’d love to help you get connected and it’s really easy. All you have to to do is head on over to our contact page and drop us a line or give us a call. We’re here to help!
We love our young people at Grace and have some of the best in Hobart! We run a weekly program for our youth and regular events for our young adults. Check out our calendar for upcoming events or drop us a note on our contact page and we’ll connect you with the right people who will help you get involved.
At Grace Kids, our passion is Jesus. Our wonderful team of teachers and assistants support, encourage and inspire your children as they learn through stories, music, art, games, drama, nature and interaction with others, along with hands-on experiences. Our program is ‘kid friendly’ with sessions that appeal to the many different learning styles of children, with lessons developed specifically for each age level.
During the services we run classes for 3 different age groups: 2 years old – PreKinder / Kinder to Grade 2 / Grade 3 to Grade 6
All classes start after worship. If you’d like more information about our program or have any questions please head over to our contact page and drop us a line.
Every weekend our worship team is involved in putting together an unforgettable worship experience for our church and visitors. Our team consists of musicians, singers, audio, lighting and visual media personnel who volunteer their time to help people have an encounter with Jesus each time we gather together as Church. If you have a passion for the creative arts and Jesus we’d love to have you involved. Drop us a line on our Contact page and we’ll be in touch with your next step.
We run various CONNECT groups throughout your neighbourhood. These are small groups of people who gather around a common interest who have a passion for Jesus and life. They range from Bible studies to cycling and bushwalking groups. If you’re looking to connect with like minded people who are living out their relationship with Jesus in an authentic way then these are for you!
Our local church is having an incredible impact here in Tasmania and around the world. Our philosophy is that the Great Commission starts at home, and every day Grace people sacrifice their time and energy partnering as ambassadors of Christ in their schools, workplaces and homes, and we have a small group of dedicated Grace people who volunteer their time to assist newly arrived refugees to settle in to life in Tasmania. But it doesn’t end there. We are called to make Jesus known everywhere, and the financial sacrifices of people at Grace have made it possible to partner in other projects around our state and around the world.
We value women and girls of all ages and believe you are each beautiful, significant and called by God for His purpose. As such, when we gather we seek to encourage, equip and see you released into your absolute best!
At Grace Girls you will encounter God’s Word unpacked in practical ways, personal encouragement and the opportunity to build relationship with like-hearted girls navigating life well. And all this in an atmosphere of life and fun! Grace Girls is also your opportunity to play your part in blessing and building the body of Christ and reaching out into our local community to demonstrate the love and life of Jesus. We’d love to meet you and make you welcome. Contact us for more information.
Men need ministry, motivation and mates! Grace Men get together at breakfasts, conferences, outings and social events.
We want to keep our men real, strong and connected. Real men know who they are and what they believe. They love God, church and family, and their spirituality is natural to them. Strength is found through the building of faith, character, relationships, family, and work ethic. Connection comes through building solid friendships and having a role in church life. Put simply, it’s about not doing life alone. The church functions better when the men serve and worship passionately, so come on, let’s get involved!
